VAYLUVA is an early-stage product research concept. This page explains the data collected when you participate.
What we collect
If you submit feedback, we may collect your optional name, type of water activity, responses about product design, selected accessories, optional contact information, and answers you voluntarily write. Purchase-interest responses include your answers about likelihood to buy and price range. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and optional permission to receive promotional messages. We also save campaign source parameters when present.
Why we collect it
We use your information to evaluate interest in the VAYLUVA concept, prioritize features, understand potential pricing, contact you if requested, and send waitlist updates to people who sign up. Joining the waitlist does not mean placing an order or reserving a product.
Where responses go
Submitted information is processed by Netlify's form service and can be viewed by the site's authorized administrators. We do not display individual responses publicly. Netlify may process technical request information needed to operate the service.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is configured for this site, we ask for your permission before loading it. If you allow it, Google Analytics may use cookies and collect usage data such as page visits, general engagement, and product-feature selections. We do not intentionally send names, emails, phone numbers, or written survey answers to analytics. If you decline, we do not load Google Analytics from this website.
Sharing and retention
We use Netlify for form processing and Google Analytics only if enabled and consented to. We do not sell your submitted contact information. We retain research responses while needed for product research and can review or delete them upon request, subject to applicable obligations.
Your choices
All contact details are optional except the email required to join the waitlist. The checkbox for future promotional messages is optional. You may request access to or deletion of your submission by using the feedback form and writing “Privacy request” in the comment field, along with enough contact information to identify your submission.
To change your analytics choice on this device, select the button below and revisit the homepage. This clears the local preference; it does not delete any information already collected by analytics.
